The Grove

The Grove is a ministry of Union Grove Baptist Church . We exist to see students experience new life in Christ, and see them become devoted followers of Him! We seek to accomplish this vision in many different ways. Here are some of the ways:

Wednesday at the Grove:

Our most exciting time of the week is Wednesday at the Grove. This is a time where all of the students come together at one time for a time of fellowship, excellent food, fun, praise and worship, and a relevant message from the Word of God. It is a time to build authentic relationships with one another. Wednesday at the Grove meets during the summer months at 6:30 pm, and during the school year at 6:00 pm.

Student Bible Fellowships (SBF):

SBF meets at 10:00 am on Sunday mornings in the gym. This is a time set aside to come together for Bible study on a personal level. We have many different classes divided by grades. Each week, the students are challenged to deepen their quiet time with Christ during the upcoming week. Come get connected in your SBF.

Teens Involved (T.I.)

After a student has been saved and connected, it is time for them to serve. We desire for our students to graduate high school equipped to do ministry in the real world. We have many different opportunities for the students to use their gifts to bring glory to the Lord. T.I. is an avenue that we use to equip young people for ministry. T.I. competes throughout the year in many different areas such as preaching, music, drama, puppets, or teaching.

Fellowship

Fellowship is vital to a successful ministry. We would love for you to come and hang out with us so we can get to know you better! It is our desire to build relationships with each individual that visits the Grove. We hold many fun activities throughout the year that we would love for you to be a part of. For example: Camp in Florida, capture the flag, sporting events, all nighter’s, bowling, skating, progressive dinners, etc. Please check out the calendar section of our website to see more of the activities that we do.
